What this site is — and isn’t — for.
What our calculators do
Every calculator estimates a statutory minimum entitlement or payment based on the formula set out in the relevant legislation or official guidance, using the details you enter. Results are estimates for planning and informational purposes.
What our calculators don’t do
- They don’t verify your specific eligibility — each calculator assumes eligibility and states the general conditions that normally apply, under “Who this applies to.”
- They don’t account for enhanced or contractual terms your employer may offer above the statutory minimum.
- They don’t constitute legal, payroll, tax or financial advice.
- They don’t replace a qualified employment lawyer, accountant, payroll professional, or your country’s official labour authority for a specific dispute or decision.
Accuracy and currency
We source every figure from official government legislation or guidance and review calculators against their country’s typical rate-change schedule (see Methodology). Even so, statutory rates and rules can change, and errors are possible. Always check a figure against the official source for your country before relying on it for a real decision — see Sources for the relevant authority in each country.
No liability
This site and its authors are not liable for decisions made, or outcomes arising from, reliance on figures, formulas or content presented here. For a specific dispute, payroll decision, or legal question, consult a qualified professional or the relevant official employment authority in your country.
